Returns and exchanges

To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return/exchange?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.

  • Simply follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return/exchange request is approved. 

 

What items are returnable?

All Remy products are returnable with in 30 days of receiving your item. 

Please note, clearance items are non-refundable.
  • Items must be undamaged and in a like-new condition.

  • Weighted Blankets must be returned in their original cover bags - this is the cream coloured linen bag the weighted blanket comes in. Feel free to keep the orange tote bag if you've received one.

  • The original shipping box is not necessary

Are there any charges for returns?

  • We provide return labels through our partner Collect+. We charge a restocking fee of £10 due to the size of our products. However, exchanges will not incure this restocking fee.

  • Should you prefer a parcel collection from your door, we can recommend a courier to use. Please note this will be at your own expense.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received at our warehouse and has been inspected, we will arrange your refund. Kindly note, this process can take up to 10 business days. 

  • If your returned items are in a good condition, then your full refund will be processed. The credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, it may take up to 10 working days for the funds to show.

  • Please be aware, Remy reserves the right to charge up to 25% of the purchase price if the returned items are not in a like-new condition (hair, stains, pet scratches, rips, etc) and/or the cover bags are missing.
