Outer Cover:
The cover of the Remy Pod is removable and machine washable for easy cleaning. Simply unzip the cover and remove it from the Pod. We recommend washing it in cold water
Drying:
Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry to ensure it retains its shape and colour.
Inner Liner:
If the inner liner requires cleaning we recommend spot cleaning only. Use a damp cloth with mild soap to gently clean the affected area.

Try the Pod in the comfort of your own home. We know it'll be love at first seat! However, we give you until Jan 31, 2024 to see if it's perfect for you or a loved one.

- We'll send you a return label with instructions on nearby drop-off locations or can arrange a collection for you.
- We charge a minimal restocking fee of £10
- We'll issue the refund as soon as we receive your Pod back. The refund should appear in your account within 5-10 business days.

Does the Pod have a height or weight restriction?
The Pod is made from a super supportive material, and is able to support upwards of 200 kilograms. Additionally, our Pod has been tested on a wide range of users, and those up to 200cm (6'7'') have found comfort in our Pod.
How long will my Pod last?
The Pod is made to last, with durable products that will withstand the test of time! Specifically our beads are made to last for years. If needed we offer top up beads to keep your Pod looking new and fresh.

What is the warranty and returns policy?

Try the Pod in the comfort of your own home. We know it'll be love at first seat! However, if you decide to return it, we offer easy returns and a full refund. Please contact us at directly at returns@remysleep.com.
All returns must be properly and safely packed to ensure products will arrive intact. Improperly packaged returns may cause damage to the products and we may not be able to fully credit you in those cases. Items must be in like new condition.
1-Year Warranty:
There is a (1) one-year warranty on the seams and zippers of each Pod cover. With normal use and care your Pod should last for years. Should you need replacement beads, they are available online at our website. If you feel you have a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Service Team by emailing hello@remysleep.com.
