Our Pod Pillows are made to order in our Nottingham facilities. They will be delivered in 4-10 business days from the day of your order.

Care Instructions
The Pod Pillows outer cover is removable and machine washable. We recommend washing the cover on a normal cycle. It can be tumble dried or hang dried.

When will my order ship?
Our Pod products are made to order in our facilities in the United Kingdom. Therefore our delivery times on this are 4-10 business days.
You will receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your item leaves us.
How long will my Pillow last?
We've made the Pod Pillow to last for an extended period of time. We've tested it over several months and it retains it shape.
It's more for the beads to compress overtime though and for that reason we offer additional bead refill on our website to purchase.
What is the warranty and returns policy?
14 Day Returns Policy:
The Pod Pillow has refund policy of 14 days from the day of the delivery. Please submit your returns form at the link below:
All returns must be properly and safely packed to ensure products will arrive intact. Improperly packaged returns may cause damage to the products and we may not be able to fully credit you in those cases. Items must be in like new condition.
1-Year Warranty:
There is a (1) one-year warranty on the seams and zippers of each Pod Pillow. With normal use and care your Pod Pillow should last for years. Should you need replacement beads, they are available online at our website. If you feel you have a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Service Team by emailing hello@remysleep.com.
